I hate my boss and it makes me depressed. He is a micro-manager, and he is stupid.?
By stupid I mean, he makes many errors and puts it on the Rest of the dept. He forgets a lot, has no logical skills, not knowing what is called to treat people that we all work as a team and really successful. He Employees criticism from others to make them feel stupid. I know he does so out of insecurity, but it is still difficult to treat. I have no respect for this man at all. My two employees can not stand him, and we are either all job search. I was looking for another job, but for the depression from this one kills my joy to find another job. I have become lazy and unimaginative. Joy has the life of my left hand. How to rekindle the joy and excitement of the search Search for another job? Should I just stop now and then for a job? I was w / oa place to live for about 1 month.
The problem with your problem is .... .... The bottom line is he is the boss. You must either ..... have something concrete chief taken to be or you have to tolerate until you find other employment. try to remember .... You just have to be there eight hours and then you can go to enjoy the part of your life.
