Where I can find a suitable driver to update my computer for gaming?

When I try to run City of Heroes or World of Warcraft I get error codes such as: GL_ARB_multitexture, GL_ARB_texture_compression, GL_EXT_compiled_vertex_array. Anyway I went to the Dell website for a driver ATI appropriate update for my Dell Dimension 4400, but then the driver stops and gives me this error: 0x80040703. I have no idea what to do, if anyone can help please I would appreciate it soo much!

First google your error message will give you more information about the error. Secondly its a Dell, they have cards integrated graphics, not very good for the game, just because you update the driver does not mean it will run these high-end graphics games. You need to add your own card or ATI PCIe. (I'm assuming that you do not have a dedicated graphics card here, you may have, in which case ignore this) I went through this with my Dell, I ended up buying a nice video card and can play all the games out there now.
