Drum Sample Kit
Is it legal to sample drum kits?
Is it legal to do loops of the samples of other songs (as with the purpose of making a drum virtual library kit)?
I do not see why not. It really depends on what you mean by a sample. If you are just a trap sampling rate, etc, then no. If sufficient sampling of the song that is recognizable as a part of that song, then it would be illegal ... if you get caught. Obviously if it's just for your entertainment and has never posted on youtube, so you have nothing to worry about.
