What handhelp Mp3 Recorder offers the best bang for the buck?
Zoom H2 I have been on the look and the Roland Edirol R-09 WAVE. Any others?
I recommend the R09 ... I bought the Edirol a few months ago, and fell in love with her ... I took it on a trip through North Africa and Europe, and I'm really impressed with the sound quality (even through the internal multi-directional microphones). Everything from ambient noise to street's dialogue is clear. Also liked the fact that it uses the Standard SD card (which are really cheap now!). The interface and sound options are also super easy to learn. I also liked the fact that it is so small - even smaller as the zoom (if I remember correctly) ... I have no experience with the Zoom, but I heard decent things about them ... If you can, I would recommend compares them side by side in a music shop. But for sound quality, I can wholeheartedly vouch for the R09. Just my $ 0.02!
