I will be able to use this speaker / floor monitor?

No, you could not use it as you described. This monitor is not lit. Is rated for 400 watts, but not Built in amplifier. And although it was activated, not sound any good as a guitar amp anyway. floor monitors are intended to be used as a way to meet you and your band mates better on stage during a live performance. This is done by feeding a signal from the mixer, which has all the tools / microphone and volume level controlled equalizer, a monitor in front of each musician to hear the entire mix can be better.
