Singing together essential practice /.?
In the coming weeks I will begin practice / concert with my new group. Now, everybody is there own equipment and a person has a PA, but I need to invest in my own music. I decided buying a microphone EV-976, but do not know what I need. What are the basics? I am a beginner to tecnological side. I need something to boost my microphone, obviously. I am also interested in a monitor "voice" and maybe some effects stuff "your 2/voice VoiceLive create "Would-http: / / www.tc-helicon.com/products.asp greatly appreciate the help and suggestions from experienced people! Microphones, amplifiers, monitors, effects / Enhancers. Some additional commands that might help make good things: I want my budget to about £ 1,100 / $ 1,550, but willing to make larger investments. I am a tenor-ish (I like to be just above Middle C) The music is rock / pop. Thank you!
Certainly, a good mic and a stand to begin. Forget the effects work on your own first vote. Amp monitor the goodwill of assistance. It need not be large and expensive. Also, watch for comments when you receive your microphone too close to your monitor. It should help you get started.
