Mixer No, No line-in, can not play anything with this sound card?
I'm HP, regardless of their serial'm not so good with the technology. Vista Home Premium. my problem is that my computer the sound of the card (Conexant High Definition Audio), it is only microphone in the recording devices and loudspeakers on the play equipment, but I cannot play music on some live-chat programs for other people, can someone tell me if there is an update for them? where? how to do it? It will be very much appreciated is.
You sound card is not supported "LINE". I have a newer (2005) HP and I can not play music on Paltalk on my sound card. I but could play it on my old HP 514N. It's funny, but I do not see why it changed HP. There must be something with the high-definition. Either way, you can, by examining the case mixer, right click in the box. It should be an option that says something like "Show Disabled Devices" button, and if that something appear that should be, what you might need.
