How do I connect my microphone Shure SM 58 directly to the computer to record voice?

Hi I was wondering how I could connect my Shure SM 58 with this configuration http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/product/Shure-SM58-Microphone-with-Cable-Stand?sku=485179 directly into my computer. Can I I use the cables in this series and in one way or convert to USB? Thank you.

The Shure SM58 is a good microphone. As you know, it uses XLR (balanced) connectors. You must go from XLR to USB. Shure the "X2U" card ... MicMate manufacture and Blu Icicle Similar cards ...
