Native Instruments Komplete
the new Alienware m17x will be able to run audio software such as Native Instruments Komplete 6?
improve planning to get a Alienware m17x and I was wondering if that software is made, any help is appreciated:)
The M17x will most definitely be able to run any audio software throw at it, only a small problem ... Alienware M17x one I own and I've noticed that there are problems in line with the sound, things like blips and school dropouts in the sound recording would be very difficult. I read online about it and apparently there are many people experiencing similar problems, and people who are trying to record said that you almost impossible. I derived that the problem is a result of high peaks in the DPC latency that comes from problems I have determined with the graphics drivers (in my system at least). So yes it will run the software, but beware of possible audio spikes and dropouts. I hope this help!
