What a wire cable to convert XLR output 2-wire speakers in a Mixer?

I have a Mackie Board that it has XLR outputs for the main output. I was wondering if there is a way to wire them directly to a pair of two terminals, speaker cables or need some other piece of equipment in the middle for this to work properly.

3-pin XLR connectors have long been the preferred choice for manufacturers of audio equipment, most often in for audio applications, where a balanced (or AES3 Digital Audio interconnects) expected for line level signals to audio.
