Piezo Horn
What size amp would need for two 150w speakers?
I will connect the on my pc and I was wondering what amp size would need for two speakers at 150w. Specifications of speakers: * Maximum Each cabinet 150W * 8 "Bass Driver * Piezo * Top Hat Horn Mounting Foot * * Take the Handel and Jack Socket Connectors gold plated terminals * Impedance 8 Ohms SPL @ 1W/1m 90dB * Frequency Response 60Hz to 18Khz Size * 305 x 280 x 470mm * Weight 9Kg each Thanks:)
If you want to lead you need 300 watts full power of your amplifier. But unless audio you like high, you do not need 300 watts. A 50 watt amp should be more than enough. Be sure to keep the product away from your computer. The magnets them could damage the Hard Drive or magnetize the monitor if you still have a CRT monitor.
