How to replace car tweeters?

I will replace 2007 toyota rav4 tweewers. I opened the grill, There is no screw at all for tweeter. How can I replace it? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

if your talkking about seperating the actual tweeter from the speaker grill
most tweeters are glued into it beacuse all tweeters come with their own speaker grill
