No Sub Grilles Subwoofer sound effect in a sealed box?
NO! Well within reason. Covering the bulk of the surface might get the vibrations of air. Also affect the purformance hinder your speaker within the movement. Most of the sound makes the sub developed behind cone. This is where air pressure is created and made those sounds really cool. I always recommend bars unless a demonstration system. Just because it's easy damage a sub in a daily driver. The biggest problem most people have with subs is a box with leaks. Take your speakers out and make sure the box is sealed with silicone in each seam. Then take modleing clay or rubber, and placed under the speaker where the box. A well-sealed box shot behind a box leak any time.
