Speakers for Restaurant Live Sound System Please Help?

I am currently opening up a restaurant and wanted to buy some good speakers to install. I I picked some JBL JRX family speakers and was told at Samash my local music store that the Electro Voice speakers are better. The room does not have a lot of people the max power it needs is 300w. Can you please tell me if the EV SB122 is a good sub (plan to have 2) and the SX300E ( plan to set 2 for monitors and hang to horizontally on the ceiling. Can you tell me if these are okay speakers. If not what would your recommendation be. If you do recommend speakers can you please recommend speaker from the same company and family. Thank you

They make speakers for all different types of applications, and there speakers are much better than that of BOSE and cost no where near what BOSE wants for their speakers.
