Ebay problem to do where I stand Folk.?

Sells DVD's and buyer point was in perfect condition and never any unintended gift. Possessions just received e-mail stating items are damaged and they want to refund. The damage has been done on the marketing of GPO. I am an honest seller and have 100% feedback and I do not think I would have to pay to blame for the GPO. When I trouble from the person again, what do you think I should do. Postal insurance was not Super customer service, however, was recorder was rejected. Item arrived they complain of damage caused GPO. Damage is minor but they bought Item as a gift for her birthday.

I have similar problems, someone said that they had to pay extra postage for an item I sent, which It is unlikely, as it was sent through the mail and weighed before hand!. I send to an e-mail back, be polite and explain the situation, They are well within your rights not to offer a refund after all that you do not know if she speaks the truth! if they are still not happy, the worst is, they are cando post negative feedback that people take Arent Even going to the note if you already have a lot of positives. Some people are just never satisfied!
