Watts Pro
Does anyone have any Carver Pro Audio equiupment?
I'm in the process of building a high-end stereo. I will start with 3 Amps Carver Pro all channels 2. 1 XI 2600 pro Caver worth 500 x 2 watts per channel into 8 ohms 0.5 TDH. 1 Carver Pro XI 1850 valued at 370 x 2-8 ohms, and 1 Carver ZR 1600 pro rated 350 x 2 8oms. Go with a Sunfire True Subwoofer Signature 2700 watts or 2 D12Subwoofers Sunfire 1000watts each. This is the beginning. If I can talk about my Buddie PTY its new Digital Carver 9.1 home theater processor. Then I need a good preamp to run everything. Any suggusions?
Hi Well you are going to have Carver power amps. Would not it be better to have a Carver Sunfire preamp or matching power amplifiers? Why you need 3 amps power of two channels for Stereo? Two subwoofers are always better than one to balance the low grave in the room. EDIT. I had a Carver 2 channel preamplifier and a 600 watt per channel amplifier Carver energy that I bought in 1984.But i replaced the late 90s with a better system. But I'm still using the Carver Sonic Hologram Generator C9 current energy between my Amp.to Preamp.and give me a three-dimensional sound stage and three years. Could you let me know why wan't 3 Amps. for stereo, also going to use for your main source? Thank you.
