Usb Midi Controller
Is there a Casio USB MIDI controller keyboard or controller of a 64-bit or 64-bit operating system OS?
I was successful installation Casio Privia 575R a USB keyboard to midi-PX Windows 7 Ultimate x64! I tried to use Yamaha, Korg, M-Audio, and some other drivers do not remember and did not work. Then download win 7 x64 driver for PC-50 http://www.roland.com/products/en/_support/dld.cfm?PRODUCT=PC-50&iRcId=16224976&dsp=1 (but I bet any of them would work) from Roland. All I did was to change the hardware ID in the INF file in [Roland.NTamd64.6.1]; Windows7% =% RDID0053DeviceDesc RDID0053Install, USB VID_07CF and PID_6802 The ID is after the comma and you see above is from the Casio keyboard I have. The hardware ID for the keyboard is in device manager ". Just choose the hardware / keyboard and go to" Details "and select" hardware ID "from the dropdown menu and since then of the coma. Begin with "USB", as it is a usb devise. May be more than one ID, but the first that works for me. Then just a manual installation, click "computer" or "My Computer" and click "Device Manager" tab. Then search your keyboard (probably a yellow exclamation mark next to it) and double click it. Then go to the "driver" and click "update driver." Then select "View My PC driver software", then "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my PC" then "Have Disk ..." and find the INF file you just put the hardware ID in the "Open" button you. now have a Casio keyboard Working for a 64-bit or 64-bit operating system Windows 7. You can do the same with Vista x64 or XP x64, just download the drivers and edit the ID hardware in the same way. Thanks
