How I can sync my mobile, battery-powered PS3 Controller for PS3? There is no USB port!?
My Mad Catz, no usb inabled operated controller Battery flashes a few times and then goes off when I try to sync.

Once a Bluetooth controller Sony PS3 is associated (connected with a USB cable), cable or USB port is no longer necessary to use the Bluetooth driver (unless you re-pairing is required. Third party drivers can not work without using a USB cable or a USB device, which is true for both wireless (RF) and Bluetooth controllers third parties.
